Helen has been in Leeds for the last 5 years studying at Leeds Beckett University. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Therapy. She is also currently completing a MSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine alongside working at Nicole Lavin Neurorehab Ltd as a Rehabilitation Assistant.
Helen has vast experience treating musculoskeletal problems and is qualified in massage; alongside writing and delivering online exercise classes which she started during the pandemic. Alongside her role in the Neurological Rehabilitation field, Helen works in the sports industry, as a Sport Therapist for the Scholarship Team at Leeds Rhinos and for amateur club Stanningley. Helen has also worked for England Lions U17s.
Helen assists physiotherapists and occupational therapists with rehabilitation alongside delivering some treatment plans independently. She’s a member of the Society of Sports Therapists (SST) and an assistant member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
