Dexter trained at the University of Bradford and has over four years of experience working in the NHS, where he specialised as a rotational neurological physiotherapist. During this time, Dexter developed a strong interest in the rehabilitation and management of patients with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), vestibular conditions, stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries, and neuro-oncology.

Dexter has experience working across a variety of inpatient and outpatient neurological settings, supporting individuals throughout different stages of their recovery and is passionate about delivering patient-centred care, using evidence-based approaches to help people achieve meaningful functional goals.

He is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Association of Chartered Physiotherapists with a Special Interest in Neurology (ACPIN).
